• These requests are anonymous and used solely to generate responses.
• We do not send any personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or device ID) along with your content.

3. No Tracking or Analytics

RemSpark does not use any analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics), nor do we track your activity within the app.

We do not operate our own backend servers. All your application data is stored locally on your device and synchronized across your Apple devices via iCloud. This ensures your data remains under your exclusive control through your personal Apple account, and we have no access to your stored information.

5. Third-Party Services

While we strive to minimize external dependencies, the application does connect to external APIs (as listed above) strictly for functional purposes, not for advertising or tracking.

6. Children's Privacy

RemSpark is not intended for children under the age of 9. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
